Period Property Services Limited produce up to date required documentation and control systems to ensure all works carried out conform to current Health and Safety Legislation for each contract. We hold full Public Liability Insurance.
All operatives are Health and Safety trained and must adhere to written instructions laid down in our Health ,Safety and Environment Guide. All our contracts are carried out in a safe manner without endangering the environment or public.
Contracts undertaken for building contractors, public bodies etc—Period Property Services Limited produce Method Statements, Risk Assessments and supply COSH data sheets on hazardous materials.
We are CITB registered and our employees are highly skilled craftsmen in building restoration and building cleaning gained through many years of practical experience and enhanced by approved Restoration Courses/City and Guilds/NVQ's or full apprenticeships.
We are based in Norfolk but operate throughout the UK and Europe.
